Every coach signs this standard and is held to it — by the league and by each other.

✓ Respect officials, opponents, parents, and athletes

Becoming a league coach

STEP 1

Apply

A short application about your experience and why you want to coach here. Playing experience helps; teaching heart matters more.

STEP 2

Screening

League-paid background check and reference conversations. Required for every adult on a field, every season.

STEP 3

Training

Certification in our development curriculum, behavioral standards, and athlete-protection policy before your first practice.

STEP 4

Coach

Take a team with full league support: practice plans, a mentor, and staff in your corner all season.

Accountability

Standards only matter if they're enforced. League staff observe practices and games, families complete anonymous culture surveys each season, and every concern reported is reviewed within 48 hours.

Coaches who fall short get coaching of their own. Coaches who violate player-safety standards are removed. Full stop.
